Spartan Removals were fantastic. Their packing service was excellent - everything was well packed and protected, they worked at it for 6 hours solid with hardly a tea break. Moving on the second day went very well. They worked tirelessly all day, extremely professional and courteous, nothing was too much trouble, like bringing down everything from the loft (there was a lot..) which the two other companies who quoted higher costs said they wouldn't do, or would want us to pass everything down to them. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any future moves.

I was recommended this removals company by a good friend and lets just say I'm glad I was!  I have had a couple of bad experiences in the past with removals companies not really taking care of my belongings and wanting to just get the job done take the money and run, so I was really impressed with the level of customer care I received from start to finish.  Sean was so polite on the phone and in person with the other chap there working with him, they took care of my possessions and took the time to make sure I was all moved in smoothly and at a very good price indeed, excellent value for money.  Two thoroughly decent friendly and helpful people who I would recommend to any of my family and friends who need to move in future that's for sure.  Thanks so much again to you both. .

We would recommend this company without hesitation. Sean and his colleague were so good to us in every way. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their cheerful, friendly manner was refreshing in today's world. They were so genuinely well mannered, and had everything done so quickly. I don't know if Sean goes home, puts his head in a box and screams to let the stress out, but all you will see is an exceptionally kind and considerate young man. No bad language either which we really appreciated. Talk about service with a smile. Says it all!

Wow! What a hardworking and cheerful company! At very short notice they agreed to do my house move at a very competitive price.  They arrived on time and immediately set to work, not stopping for a break until it was all loaded.  Both men, Sean and Michael, were cheerful and polite and nothing was too much trouble.  All my belonging were carefully loaded and nothing was broken, not a single thing! On arrival at the new property, everything was unloaded carefully and taken to the right room, again, nothing was too much trouble.  They even put the furniture in the right places and waited while a table was dismantled because it wouldn't fit through the door.  Although I didn't need it they would have dismantled and reassembled beds as well.  I can't thank you enough Spartan removals; you made what could have been a very stressful day much easier. .

We were recommended by a very good friend to go with Spartans. I spoke with the owner Sean for over an hour as we had a lot of very very precious belongings and worried about any potential damages. Sean put me at ease from thE beginning of the call. 

He came across very patient and understanding which I found very hard to find in previous moves. 

The 2 chaps arrived bang on time and after doing a quick survey of our property they went straight to work And not stopping for a break ( which I insisted on ) 

The packing was quick but very carefully done. The whole job took no more than 6 hours which is amazing considering we moved from Croydon to South west London. 

I would highly recommend.

We had a commercial move to arrange.
John turned up to quote initially and gave us some good advice, a good quote and was able to do the dates we needed to move. They gave us confidence it would all be sorted with no issues and this was not wrong.
We were on a 3rd floor with no lift and the guys worked hard on the first day and took the office apart, in a well organised and save (for all the items) manner - they took care to pack our breakables and expensive items.
On moving day the team worked hard to move us in and nothing was too much trouble. All the furniture was put back together with care and all items were placed where we needed.
We were delighted with the service and would totally recommend Spartan to anyone moving commercially or privately - I am sure they would take great care of you and your belonging! 5 stars from us!

I have moved many a times in England and been moved by quite a few companies but the level of customer sevice I received from Spartans was far greater than I've had before. Shaun kept in touch with me throughout the whole move and nothing was too much of a problem. It was a long day and the guys were tired but continued working late into the night to get the job done 
The quotation was not the cheapest but I'm a great believer in you get what you pay for and they lived upto that. 
I had a lot of valuable items and they were well looked after. Great humour throughout the move which made it that less stressful.

I can only HIGHLY RECOMEND Spartan removals for doing movings. I chose them after receiving several quotes from companies on the removalreviews website. I had not known Spartan before and can only say that their service is highly professional. Sean the head person of the company is a very knowledgable, professional, and caring about the service. We faced some unforeseen events, but Sean always kept his calm and professionalism (which really helped deal with the problems efficiently), something that I had never encountered on previous moves (this is the 5th different move in Europe I have done). 5 stars SERVICE!!

Spartan Removals came to help us on very short notice, were very flexible with the time and worked very fast. They took good care of our furniture and fragile boxes. Nothing got damaged or broken. Sean and his collegue found creative solutions to get in our extra large sofas and some other bigger furniture that just could not fit in the doors. I think most removal guys would have just given up. Even when it got really late they still made every effort to get everything done properly and took no shortcuts. These guys are the most well spoken and polite removal men I have ever met.

I used Spartan Removals to move me from Sheffield to London. Leading up to the move there was great communication even when I changed the date 2 weeks before the move. On the day Sean and his team turned up 30 minutes early in full uniform and started work straight away. The van was loaded in what seemed like minutes. I got the train to London and was not there long before they turned up. I was moving into a flat on the 3rd floor although this did not faze them and the van was unloaded very quickly. They were smiling and joking throughout making the whole experience a stress free one. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Spartan Removals to anyone moving home.

I can't recommend these chaps highly enough. I rang pretty much most of the removal firms on here, and although we paid a little more I'm a great believer in you get what you pay for. 

They turned up bang on time with faultless communication before the job and when on their way. 

On the day of packing the boxes arrived early and the guys on time. 

Packing was completed in 4 hours which meant we could plan the rest of our day and relax before the move. 

The move itself was totally stress free and performed with professionalism and care and a smile.

After calling the majority of the companies on the internet we decided to go with Spartan Removals. The level of customer service we received was outstanding. The quotation given was extremely competitive! The boxes arrived a week before.. enabling us to pack. Unfortunately,  we ran out of time. when the Spartans arrived they happily finished the packing for us without any extra charge. The move went very smoothly and no hick-ups or damages. The men were smartly dressed and very polite and no foul language..overall very respectable. The whole move from Sothampton to Twickenham ( London ) took 9 hours,  and considering we have alot of furniture and boxes ect the job was completed surprisingly quick. Thank you Spartan Removals. I Found Spartan Removlas on Gumtree. The manager Sean was overly polite and gave me very good customer service. NO hick ups or problems would highly recommmend.  Went over the expected delivery time due to the amount of small items I had which needed packing and sean and Lloyd stayed untill 1am to finish the packing without charging me extra thank you so much!!
I have used many removal companies over the years and never recieved the customer service I recieved with Spartan Removlas .

I heard great things about Spartan Removals from a friend and decided to go with them! I enquired quite late in the evening and Sean came back to me within the hour which was crucial as my move out date was 2 days away. Sean & Michael arrived on time, were very friendly and took care of everything; we didn't have to lift a finger -which is a first! Very professional, polite and well mannered. They were Flash Gordon/Speedy Gonzalez quick even when they had to climb multiple stairs in one flat! Highly recommended! Spartans indeed!

Having heard that moving was the next most stressful experience to bereavement I expected a nightmare of a day - how wrong could I be!
Sean and team were experienced, friendly, willing, helpful, utterly hard working, dedicated beyond the call of duty, prompt and fantastically priced for the thorough and fantastic service we received.
I have recommended them to anyone who will listen or is in need of strong chaps with a great work ethic and attitude..at a fab price.

Had to clear old furniture to accommodate replacements. Stupidly left figuring out how to do it 'til the last minute and discovered it was going to be pretty much impossible. Someone recommended Spartan to me and from the moment I rang Sean and spoke to him the service was better than any other I have experienced. Communication was absolutely fantastic taking away any worries I had prior to pick up. Sean arrived exactly when he said he would and completely cleared my flat in minutes (a double bed, 2 sofas and a kitchen table). Despite the speed everything was done with great care and no damage to the property even though the doorways and tight space make it very likely. To top it all Sean is just the nicest, friendliest, most up beat person you could hope to meet. I recommend without reservation. Absolutely fantastic. Wish every other company was as easy to deal with.

Sean and his team couldn't have been more helpful throughout. The initial visit and quote only took a few minutes, and the price was one of the lowest from any of the companies we asked. The actual move went off without a hitch. They kept us informed of their arrival time and the whole thing was done in about three hours  (two bed flat to two bed cottage, circa 9 miles). All of our things arrived in pristine condition and were put in the correct rooms. One of the beds needed disassembling twice after I changed my mind which bedroom it should go in, but no one made a fuss, and Sean just got on with it. Will definitely use them if we need to move again. .
